Fast worldwide shipping — free

Every order ships free by express courier to any country we serve. No minimum spend, no surcharges.
Orders placed before 2 PM CET are dispatched the same business day. Transit time is 3–7 business days worldwide, 2–4 in the EU and US.
Duties, import taxes and customs handling are prepaid by us — you never pay anything on delivery.
A tracking number is issued the moment your bike leaves our warehouse and is available on the Track Order page.

14-day returns, no questions

Not the right ride? Return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including any accessories bought with it.
We arrange and pay for return pickup from your address. Just keep the original crate.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the bike arriving back with us.

Buyer protection

We only accept crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). Your payment is held in escrow and only released once your order is confirmed shipped.
Every shipment is fully insured in transit. Damage or loss is replaced at no cost to you.
If your order is not delivered within 21 days, you get an automatic full refund to your wallet.
All transactions run over encrypted infrastructure; we never store wallet private keys or seed phrases.

2-year warranty

The frame, motor, battery and controller are covered for 24 months from delivery against manufacturing defects.
Wear items (tyres, brake pads, grips) are covered for 6 months.
Warranty claims are handled by email with parts shipped free worldwide.

Privacy

We collect only the details needed to fulfil and track your order: name, email and shipping address.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the carrier delivering your bike.
You can request deletion of your data at any time at support@mojave.store.
